VIOGNIER

A small hidden vineyard of Viognier was encountered while exploring the Paramos of Valladolid.

The essence of this variety has been extracted in order to create an aromatic wine with volume and body.

VARIETY

The grape variety is 100% Viognier.

The vineyard of our Viognier is located in the village of La Seca, Valladolid.


LA SECA

Soils. Brown soil rich in calcium and magnesium. Stony soil with good aeration and drainage, and with limestone outcrops on the highest levels of the corrugations. Porous and healthy; the texture varies from sandy-loamy to loamy.

Yield. 4500 kg/ha


WINEMAKING

Spontaneous fermentation, one part in stainless steel and the other part in oak barrels of 300l. Aged for 6 months.

Alcohol grade: 13%
