Our new red wine “Confines de Prieto Pariente” is feautred in the Spanish magazine Vinos y Restaurantes!
“The third red wine of the winery Prieto Pariente in Valladolid has been made with Garnacha grapes from two old vineyards (80 years old) in the mountain area Sierra de Gredos; one in the village of Cebreros located at 1005 metres of altitude and with slate soil; and the other in the village of San Bartolomé de Pinares located at an altitude of 1059 metres and with granite soil. The combination of these two soils gives minerality, volume and finesse to the wine, while the altitude of the vineyards apports the necessary acidity. The result is a complex, fresh, elegant and well balanced wine.”
